How plans work

  • Renewal

    Plans renew yearly, in the currency you bought in, at the price you paid, until you cancel. We email you about 40 days and 7 days before each renewal. Manage billing and downloads from your account.

  • Sites

    One license key activates every add-on in your plan. To move it to a new site, remove the key from the old one first, then add it on the new one.

  • Expiry

    If a license expires, your add-ons keep working. Updates and downloads continue for 21 days, then stop.

  • Refunds

    14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase, renewal and upgrade. Ask within 14 days and the payment comes back in full.

  • Canceling

    Cancel anytime from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, and nothing renews after that.

  • Open source

    The plugin and every add-on are open source under the GPL.

Is the plugin really free?

Yes. It never expires, and plans exist only to license the add-ons.

Do I need a plan to take donations?

No. The free plugin connects Stripe and PayPal with your own keys, and takes offline donations by cash, check or bank transfer.

How do I install the add-ons after buying?

Your license key arrives by email with a link to your account. Download your plan's add-ons there and install them in WordPress, then paste the key once under Fundraising, License.

Which currency do I pay in?

We normally show euros in the EU and the EEA, going by your device's time zone, and US dollars everywhere else. Anyone can switch here or in the cart. You pay, and your plan renews, in the currency you check out in.

What counts as a site?

Each WordPress site where you activate your key. Local and staging addresses, like example.local or staging.example.org, don't count toward your sites.

Can I move from GiveWP?

Yes. The GiveWP importer is free, no plan needed. It copies donors, donations, campaigns and recurring subscriptions into Gratora on the same site.
