Gift Aid without the spreadsheet
The HMRC model declaration on your donation forms, claimable donations decided for you, and a CSV in the column order of HMRC's Gift Aid schedule.

What it does
-
The wording HMRC publishes
A form block carrying the HMRC model declaration wording. It renders nothing while Gift Aid is switched off, so a form never makes a promise you cannot claim.
-
A claim in HMRC's column order
Claimable donations are decided for you, summarized for your review, and exported as a CSV in the column order of HMRC's Gift Aid schedule.
-
A donor can take it back
Donors can withdraw a declaration from their portal, and admins from the donor screen. What HMRC needs is frozen so past claims stay valid.
-
It keeps inside HMRC limits
A schedule stops at the 1,000 donations HMRC accepts, and tells you how many are waiting for the next one. Long names are trimmed to the length HMRC allows, and a donation with no address is held back for a later claim rather than failing this one.
From declaration to claim
-
1
Switch Gift Aid on
Until it is on, the declaration block renders nothing at all, so no form can promise something you are not yet set up to claim.
-
2
Donors declare as they give
The HMRC model wording sits on your donation form, and what HMRC needs is frozen against the donation.
