Is Gratora really free?
Yes. The platform is free and fully functional: the form builder, one-time and recurring donations, campaigns, funds, donor records, the portal, receipts and reporting. Plans exist only to license the add-ons.
What payment gateways do I get out of the box?
Stripe, PayPal, and offline donations by cash, check, or bank transfer, connected with your own keys. The Payment Gateways add-on extends that with Authorize.Net, Square, GoCardless, Moneris and Razorpay.
Where do donations actually go?
Straight into your own gateway account. Gratora never sits between a donor and your money, never holds funds, and has no account you could be locked out of.
Do donors need a WordPress account?
No. Donors are their own encrypted records, not WordPress users, and they reach their giving history and recurring plans through a passwordless magic link.
Can I customize donation forms to match my brand?
Yes. Forms are built from blocks, so amounts, fields, colors and layout are yours to compose, with conditional fields and starter templates to begin from.
Can I migrate from GiveWP?
Yes, with the free importer. A wizard copies donors, donations, campaigns and recurring subscriptions into Gratora. A second run brings across only what is new since the first, without duplicates. Refunds and edits made in GiveWP to records it already copied stay in GiveWP, so do the last run just before you switch.
Can I buy a single add-on?
No. Plans are yearly, and no add-on is sold on its own. The pricing page shows which plan includes each add-on.
How long does a plan last, and how many sites does it cover?
Plans are yearly. Standard and Advanced license one site each; Elite licenses five. The free platform itself is not tied to any plan and never expires.
Is my donor data safe, and who owns it?
You own it. Donor records live encrypted on your own server and are exportable whenever you like. We never see them, unless you send them to us in a support request.
What if I change my mind after buying?
Every purchase, renewal and upgrade has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days and we refund that payment in full, no reason needed.
How do I cancel a plan?
From your account, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, and then the license expires. The add-ons you installed keep working; updates and downloads continue for 21 days, then stop.
Which currency do I pay in?
We normally show euros in the EU and the EEA, going by your device's time zone, and US dollars everywhere else. Anyone can switch on the pricing page or in the cart. You pay, and your plan renews, in the currency you check out in.
