Change your plan or add sites

You can move to another plan, or change how many sites your plan covers, from the Plan tab in your account. The account shows the price before you confirm, and your license key stays the same.

Open the Plan tab

  1. Sign in to your account at gratora.net/account.
  2. Open Plan.

The Plan tab is there while you have an active plan bought on gratora.net. Each license with a subscription gets its own section, headed by its plan, its sites and its renewal date.

Confirming a change needs a sign-in link sent within the last 30 minutes. If the account asks for a fresh link, click Sign out at the top of your account, sign in again with a new link from your email, and try again.

Choose the change

  1. Pick a plan. Your current one is marked Your plan, and each of the others says which add-ons it adds or drops.
  2. Set the number of sites with Sites. Standard and Advanced go up one site at a time. Elite goes in blocks of five.
  3. Read the price the account works out for you, then confirm.

Moving up happens now

A change that raises your yearly total, such as moving from Standard to Advanced or adding sites, applies straight away.

  • You pay only the difference for the rest of your current year. The account shows it as Due today before you confirm.
  • Your renewal date stays the same. From then on you renew at the new yearly price.
  • The button names the amount, for example Pay $100.27 now.

Once the payment goes through, the change is made at once. New add-ons appear under Downloads in your account: install them and they pick up the key you already saved.

If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, or declines it, nothing changes yet. The Plan tab says your move is waiting for payment and offers Complete payment and Cancel this change. The payment link lapses after a while, and then the change is dropped.

Moving down waits for your renewal

A change that lowers your yearly total, such as moving from Advanced to Standard or covering fewer sites, applies on your next renewal date.

  • There is nothing to pay today, and no refund or credit for the rest of the current year.
  • You keep your current plan until the renewal date, then renew at the new price. The button reads Switch at renewal.
  • Until then, the Plan tab shows the booked change with Keep my current plan, which cancels it. Choosing another plan replaces it.

Moving from Advanced for two or more sites to Elite lowers the yearly total, so it also waits for renewal.

While a move down is booked, Billing cannot cancel your plan. To cancel instead, click Keep my current plan first.

When the new plan covers less

  • Fewer sites than you use. When the change applies, each add-on keeps the sites that checked in with it most recently, up to the new limit. The other sites keep running the add-on but stop getting updates for it. To choose which sites stay, remove the key from the others first, or deactivate them on the Licenses tab if they no longer have the key. A site that still has the key takes its place back at its next check. See Move a license to another site. Local and staging sites never count.
  • Add-ons the new plan does not include. They keep running where they are installed, and stop receiving updates.

The account warns you about both before you confirm.

When a change is not possible

  • Your plan is set to end. If you have canceled, turn renewal back on in Billing first.
  • A payment is overdue. Update your card in Billing first. See Renewals, failed payments and canceling.
  • A move up is waiting for payment. Complete the payment or cancel that change first.
  • The license bills in a way the account cannot change. The Plan tab says so. Submit a request in the help center and we make the change for you.

Promotion codes cannot be used on plan changes.

Emails and invoices

We email you when a change is booked for your renewal date and again when a change is made, with the sites and add-ons before and after. The invoice for any payment is under Billing.

Bought a second plan instead

Every checkout creates a separate license with its own key and its own renewal. If you meant to change the plan you already had, go to the help center, click Submit a request, and we will help. A purchase made twice by mistake is refunded whenever you tell us, as long as the extra license has not been activated on a site your other license does not already cover. See Refunds and withdrawal.
